 We are Georgia and Leah — a dedicated duo passionate about supporting children, adults, and families living with complex medical and developmental disabilities.

Georgia holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Registered Nurse) with extensive hospital and community experience. She has provided in-home care for both paediatric and adult clients with complex needs and brings a strong clinical background to her work as a Specialist Support Coordinator. With years of experience navigating the NDIS and a deep understanding of healthcare systems, Georgia ensures that each participant receives the right supports, tailored to their individual goals and medical requirements.

Leah holds a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood and Primary) and has many years of experience working in the community to support children with complex disabilities. As an Early Years Practitioner and Paediatric Service Coordinator, she has helped countless children successfully transition to, and participate, in school settings. Leah’s knowledge of the NDIS, along with her passion for early intervention and family-centred practice, ensures that every child is given the best opportunity to thrive.

Together, we combine our clinical and educational expertise to provide compassionate, knowledgeable, and holistic Specialist and Support Coordination. Our shared goal is simple — to empower families, simplify the NDIS process, and make sure every child and adult we support receives the care and opportunities they deserve. Two Hearts One Goal.
